PT. Kurhanz Trans (ID: 55896) handled an air export shipment from Jakarta to Hong Kong. The shipment was comprised of PMC Pallets weighting 3500 kg and 2660 kgs and was incridibly time sensitive.

“We got the inquiry on a Saturday night around 22:00 pm and ware told the cargo must arrive in Hong Kong on Sunday; furthermore, the shipper couldn’t be contacted until Sunday at 10:00 am.

The challenge was time and we had incomplete shipper pic details.

We only received the shippers name, no contact details and no export document, so we had to arrange with Export on Record.

We successfully handled pick up, export clearance, and arranging the schedule ETD on Sunday afternoon, 14:00 pm, using CX Freighter. The shipment arrived in Hong Kong on time!”
